The Glad Suite Collaborative at Brew HaHa Workshop Series
Todd Purse of Brandywine Coffee Roasters will be taking you through the process of templating and storytelling for your very own comic! Each participant will make and take home a comic book of their own creation made from one sheet of paper. Todd will be providing inspiration from his own work, including examples of various drawing styles. After demonstrating how to put together your comic, Todd will be walking around to give individual insight into each participant’s comic panels.
This series of panels becomes the small book shown in the top image!
If you’d like to keep the comic magic flowing after the workshop, Todd will be creating a larger comic book template which will be available for purchase on-site or as an add-on at booking for a slightly reduced rate.
All materials for this workshop will be provided. Kids are welcome to attend so long as they are accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. This is NOT a drop-off event. Please be sure to RSVP for the total number of people attending. Family rates are available.
Coffee will be provided, and the full menu of the Brew HaHa Trolley Square Cafe will available for purchase during this workshop.
Spots are limited, and are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
